The more customers you onboard each year, the more your commission layers and grows over time:
Year 1: You earn 1% upfront on every new customer you bring in.
Year 2: You earn 1% on new customers plus 0.75% on last year's customers who keep investing.
Year 3: All three years of customers are paying you — 1% on new, 0.75% on Year 2 customers, and 0.5% on your oldest Year 1 customers.
After Year 3: You continue to earn a 0.5% trail every year on the total assets of all customers who stay with you.
